Where can I find a map that shows the major tourists spots in Rome?

On every map of Rome there are marked the majors points of interest of the city.

Look at Eye Witness Travel Guides in your local book store, or on Amazon.  They are a little pricey, but they do come packed with information and pictures.  Have a great trip in Rome!

knopf mapguide has a GREAt book - small enough to carry with maps that are well detailed but you don't need glasses to see!  for a free one -- go to www.romaturismo.it and they have one that's super also! it has everything and well laid out and detailed - it was out saving grace furing our 6 days there!!  i have some walking tours that we did - email me if you'd like some details.

one thing to note - most places are closed or shut down during the afternoon and most churches don't reopen so hit those in the morning hours.

have a wonderful time adn take comfy shoes!! also a flashlight was handy as some of the older spots don't have good lighting.
