Where can I find a missing link in my computer?

New computer and want to transfer M/S Outlook from laptop. So far so good but Outlook will not open because 'WAB DLL' is missing. How can I get this bit cleared or where or what is it? Sorry new at computer work and need help. Cheers

Download the missing wab.dll file from here:

Then unzip, and put it in your Windows/System and/or Windows/System32 folder.

Do a search in the C: drive on the laptop for the file. copy it and transfer it to the same directory on the new pc, that you find it in, on the laptop. That should work but there may be other files to find and transfer.
