Where can I find a model for photo shoot?

Can someone recommend me a place or agency that provide models in New York City?

I would take a look at the web site called - One Model Place.  This is a site where models, actors, photographers, etc... set up profiles to network and get work.  

A lot of the models do what is called TFP -Trade For Photos - which means you don't pay the model, and they get the photos.  That might be a place to start looking, and do a search in your local city.  There should be a lot to choose from, and you can already see what they look like from the photos they have posted.
