  1. Hei. Depends where you live. The U of Wisc, Madison has a fantastic department of Scand. Studies, and they certianly teach Norwegian. Maybe email me if you still need more help and I can ask our Norwegian Teachers group (NORTANA):

    I used to teach in Janesville (Blackhawk Tech), but I"d be surprised if they still offer a  class.

    Of course big centers like Stoughton probably have community classes organized. Or try a local Sons of Norway lodge.
