Where can I find a pattern for this purse?

The purse is fabric to sew and the handles slide through 2 retangles that have slotted holes on each end .

I have seen a purse similar to the Gracie Handbag on lazygirldesigns.com with bamboo slid into each side of the ends.  I'm not sure if you could adapt that pattern for what you are thinking about.  GL
