Where can I find a pet tortoise in a northern state?

I have pet turtles and lizards, but really would like a pet tortoise.

Does anyone know where I could find one?

You can find a pet tortoise any higher end pet store! For example in my small city Binghamton, New York a local store called Creature Comforts has many different kinds of tortoise! Otherwise, check for retailers on the internet, sometimes you can find some that will export them from tropical countries for you. Good luck!
