Where can I find a photo studio which gives photo acc. to Canada tourist visa specifications in Charlotte, NC?

Canada tourist visa has a different photo specification like 35mm*45mm for passport size photo. I checked with Wallgreens and CVS and they don't print in these sizes. Is there any studio closer to Charlotte or exactly Huntersville, NC area?

Wal Mart does.  Just tell them you need a passport picture.
