Where can I find a plastic bag that fits a human inside?

Im going on a bumming trip to england, im bringing a mummy sleeping bag and pillow, so all I need now is a compact bag to keep my sleeping bag from getting dirty or wet from rain, and please no negative responces or saying I shouldnt do it because I probably wont listen to you. thankyou!

Do you want to fit a human inside the bag?  as in making it into an all around ground cloth?  Wouldn't an ordinary 50 gallon garbage bag work?  or too short?  (Like a leaf bag.)

I'd recommend you be careful with such a setup.  It seems like it could be dangerous.

An Ebay-Switzerland they are offering garbage bags which contain 1000 lit res and having the measurements 2300mm high and 1300mm wide, which amounts to 7"7' heights and 4"3' width. Unfortunately they don't have an English translation, but comparing the size with the small child on the picture, you'll see that an adult will easily fit in that bag.
