Where can I find a private-labeling company that is ecologically responsible?

I'm starting a retail business and I'm looking for a private labeling company that uses biodegradable plastics and has an ecologically responsible manufacturing record. Knowing how the packaging of retail products has affected the environment I can not in good conscience work with a business that isn't ecologically responsible.
