Question:

Where can I find a proper IQ test that I don't have to pay for?

I took a silly test on bebo which told me that my IQ was 131.

It's quite likely that this is an exageration (i'm only 14).

But, I'd love to know what it actually is and what my chances of getting into Mensa (I think you have to have an IQ of 133) when I'm older.

Thanks

  1. All the ones available online are basically garbage.  Many will give a wildly inflated score, and then state that you have to pay a certain amount of money for an "analysis".  The only truly reliable tests are those performed by psychologists or other professionals.  Because you're only 14, you may be able to get one through your school.

  2. there are several online tests out there but they will never be truly accurate the best thing to do is go and get one done professionally. My IQ is 137, age does not matter as they take this into consideration.

  3. http://www.iqtest.com/ has one, I'm not sure if it's any good.

Keep in mind that these tests don't actually test your intelligence, they just test your ability to take an IQ test.

  4. Talk to a military recruiter, and tell them you're interested in a military career. They'll probably have several tests, which will not only measure your intelligence, but possibly help you find a career track.
