Where can I find a "large" bag that will secure to the rear rack of my bicycle?

Is this a style of bag you might be interested in? it secures to the seat and the rack.http://www.rivbike.com/products/list/bag... Its the biggest I know of that sits on top of the rack, pricey though.  Or do you want a pannier, like this?http://www.arkel-od.com/panniers/utility... It hangs on the side of the rack.
