Where can I find a really nice vintage-ish bike for cheap?

All I am looking for is a bike that LOOKS classic and kinda vintage. I am not interested in spending that much money, and I am interested in riding the thing.

I am going to add a picture of the kindof bike I want (it is my friends... and I love it a lot.)
