I am having a wedding and looking for a reasonably priced hall for a minimum of 200 people that allows outside catering.

With all the question you are asking about your wedding you should really consider a wedding planner. They pay for themselves in the money they will save you.

Our subdivision rents out its clubhouse. That would include the kitchen and some tables and chairs. I'd rent the pool also so anyone bringing kids can have something to do.

It will be far less then 3500
