Where can I find a reputable accountant?

How can I tell if the accountant is a reputable one. Anybody know of a good one near Sherborne in Dorset, UK?

I find that word of mouth is always the best so ask everyone you know. But are you sure that you need an acountant? A bookeeper does many of the same things and charges a lot less money.

Find a synagogue. Any rabbi can point you in the right direction.

Ask your bank's business banker who they would recommend - ask for a minimum of three names. They should all be qualified - you can check their professional qualifications and what they mean too.
