Where can I find a reputable instructor for learning the pipe band Snare Drum?

I've searched the Internet for local instructors, but can't seem to find any. I know there has to be someone in the Chicagoland area!

Check with the local colleges that have bands and aks the instructor if he/she will give some lessons.  In Chicago you should have a big selection to choose from.
