Where can I find a script writer?

I'm looking for a place online that will connect you to writers and script writers around the world. Kind of like a online discussion board or forum. If not that then can you recommend where I might be able to find a script writer? Please do not recommend my local college or university because I'm already going down that road. Thanks.
