Where can I find a semi-pro basketball league in WI or get one started?

Why is it so hard to find Semi-pro ball in WI? There are many colleges that have excellent players, but there doesn't seem to be the fan base for a good semi-pro league. I would like to play and watch this level of basketball.

There is a successful semi-pro football league. But none for basketball. Thoughts? Comments? Ideas on how to get this league up and running?

  1. you just got to get enough people for some teams and find places to play and market it and youll have a league
