Where can I find a shirt like this?

I really like this shirt, where could I find one like it? I like the pleats in the front, and also, this is not banded at the bottom (I really don't like banded shirts).

look at old navy they dont sell them online. but i got a yellow and brown one in the store for 7 $..Also forever 21 or macys
