Where can I find a site where pupils can comment on their teachers?

I am a 14 year old girl and I live in Edinburgh. I want to find a website where I can post comments on my teachers. Is their a website where you can do this? One of my teachers said there was but I can't find it. Please help!!!

This one is massive and uk based i rekon its got nearly every teacher on it and pupils that span over years. Millions of users. i saw it thought it was nonsesne but found every one of my teachers on it and im from some small village in northern ireland that noones heard of.
