I own a restaurant, is doing ok, but I don't know if what I spend in ice is ok, or if the gas I spend is ok, Once I saw someone that had something like a whole page of data from his restaurant that told him that in average he should spend a determinate amount of ice for a determinate amount of drinks, or things like ketchup, if it was going to customers or to workers pockets, Could it be like economical indicators?? Please I need help with this. I think someone that has owned a franchise could have a notion of what I am talking about, and no... I canno't ask the person that I saw the information because is not possible to do that now.
