You could try Cafe La at the Sofitel. It's exquisite and the view isn't bad either. 35th floor overlooking the most beautiful city in the world! About $75 per person with bottomless champagne!

For memory, I think the Hotel Savoy in Spencer street also have a similiar thing, however the view isn't so great!
