Where can I find a theatre system for our hdtv that will work on Hi Def channels?

We have the Philips HTS3544 5.1-Channel Home Theater System - Silver, already and it works with the analog channels but when I turn it on the hi def channels it wont work, is there a system that will work with hi def channels as well?

How is the audio hooked up?  From the TV?  From the cable box?  What connector are you using?  Red and White RCA? digital coax?  You don't give that info so it makes it difficult to answer your question.

I have sony dvd dream system. Its 5.1 channels and has wireless back speakers. Its been out for about a year and half plays HD channel audio great as well as analog. But check your menus on your phillips to make sure you save settings right. At first HD audio played the same as analog audio i was confused since HD audio should be better. I went to menus did a few tweaks and HD audio plays way better than analog audio. Usually company's factory set everything to default and it may not play that great.
