Where can I find a tv tuner driver?

I took apart my dad's computer and I found a tv tuner in it. I successfully installed it in my computer but it needs a driver. the tv tuner doesn't have a brand name on it. Where can I find the driver? Somewhere on his hard drive or somewhere on the internet?

you would need some sort of model number or product id to go to the manufacturers website and het the drivers form there
