Question:

Where can I find a wall sticker (or something of that sort) to decorate a plain, white wooden table top?

I just bought a small wooden desk that has a white tabletop - it was the perfect size, but white was the only color it came in. So I bought it, but now want to spice it up a little. I had the idea to maybe use a wall sticker - I wanted to do something green, maybe bamboo leaves - to put on the desk. But does that even work? Or does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks!

  1. I sell wall stickers. We have bamboo style vines words all kinds of stuff. It works awesome and easy. If just sticks on you choose your color. You can go to www.uppercaseliving.com go to customer login use id 133701 and token - camp this will let you make your own id and pwd.then you can browse catalogs. It will be in the Urban section. It doesnt cost a lot for shipping. If you want a catalog just email me camp@bex.net.

    Good Luck

  2. You could paint a little mural of leaves in the center and/or stencil some wines around the perimeter and seal it with a coat of polyurethane.

If you are not artistic, you can purchase ready made stencils, or, you could find a nice wallpaper border in a style that suits your tase, paste it to the table and, again, seal it with poly!!

    Good luck.

  3. You can also use rubber stamps with the botanical theme you are looking for.  Check out Hobby Lobby, Michaels and other craft stores.  You can get ink in any color.
