I've placed an order with a Yahoo stores merchant (http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/) and they seem more than happy to charge my credit card. However, they haven't yet shipped the product and it's been almost two weeks. I've sent two emails to their contact email address (their only listed method of contact besides postal mail) and they haven't yet responded to either one (yes, I check my spam filters regularly). I'm trying to find a way to escalate the problem to Yahoo stores, but I haven't found an appropriate method of contacting Yahoo about this. I suppose that I'll initiate a chargeback with my credit card company if I can't get resolution soon. Any help would be most appreciated!
