Where can I find a website on were I can take over other people car payments but, not a lease? To own instead.

It's against the law.  You can't sell something you don't own.  The lender owns that vehicle not the person.

Such a site does not exist. It would also be ripe for scams.

In order to legally pull off what you're wanting to do, you must purchase the vehicle outright and get a loan in your name in order to do so.

There is no such thing as "taking over" someones payment.

The only way the bank will allow that to happen is if they sell the car to you and you qualify for your own loan.

Nobody working a legitimate deal would allow you to ride a loan on someone else's credit rating.

Don't ever take over other people's payment.  It is not a good idea to LET other people to take it over AND it is not a good idea to TAKE over payments.

Essentially, the car has a LIEN when they are making payments.  So they are not at liberty to sell it.  It will NOT be your car - yet you are making payments on it.

It just does NOT make sense.
