Where can I find a website that I can decorate my pictures in?

I want to change the backround to one of my pictures and decorate it in anyway so that I can upload it on Myspace. But I don't know how. Can you tell me any where besides Lunapic.com and Blingee. they are useless to me. In myspace I see a lot of people having very nicely decorated pictures and I want my pictures to be as good as there's. So do you have any websites?

Picasa (available through Google for download)

Flip.com (technically this is for scrap-booking, but you can add things and decorate and then use the Prnt Scrn button on your keyboard and then paste in a Paint document using the select button to save.)

Polyvore.com (same situation as flip.com, only with more clothing and accessories at your disposal to decorate with)

Photobucket.com (there's a new editor that I'm pretty sure can do what you're talking about. Upload your photo and then click edit above your picture)
