Where can I find a working Pokemon Pearl/Diamond ROM? btw, I do own the game?

Can anyone help me find a working Pokemon Pearl or Diamond ROM, and maybe an emulator as well? (working at full speed)

I have the game but I can't whip out my DS at work! hehe, anyways..W/e you can do to help, I appreciate.

Pokemon Rom.  Make sure u turn on the sound to prevent the crash caused by your first battle.
