u can just get an electiver like this (electabuzzes evlove form). u have to have a nintendo wii then get the game pokemon batlle revalution then put in a secret name as your name (srry but i 4get the name) then it sends electiver to the nearest  pokemon shop u talk to the dude next to the counter and he gives u it but u have to have a free space in your party or you dont get it.
