Where can I find an accredited online school for an LPN degree?

We are military so Iam living in Japan and it makes going to school hard. Any ideas or tips that anyone knows of?

Most likely you cannot. Nursing including LPN programs are regulated by your State Board of Nursing. Without going to an accredited program which includes supervised training in a hospital setting most likely your program will not be accepted and thereby preventing you from taking the Nursing Board exams for LPN.

My only advice would be to see if the military would train you to be an LPN or go to a LPN program once you leave the military.

I agree with the first poster.  You might want to seek training while in Japan if you can find an english speaking program.  You can take the NCLEX then.  If you do get training outside of the country make sure you check with the state you want to have licensing from to see what will be needed.

There are online programs for LPN to RN, or advancement of a RN degree but all required you have had a traditional degree/diploma first.  I would also be weary of those programs alot of states don't accredit those programs, and some hospitals won't hire you with  a degree from them b/c they don't think the clinical hours were sufficient.
