Where can I find an adapter for a phone attachment for a 2000 Mercedes-Benz ML320?

Question

I have a 2000 Mercedes-Benz ML320. It has a telephone attachment, and I believe it is the stock one, when the telephone was actually added to the automobile at production. I was going to see if I could change the "adapter" that is there, which looks like an "adapter" for the phones back in 1999/2000. I have a new LG VX8350 from Verizon Wireless, and was hoping to see where I could get this at.

Like on eBay would be nice, or from the dealer at the Mercedes-Benz by my house. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. All the help would be awesome thanks.

Part of the problem could be the LG phone.  At least it is in my ML.  The adapter I have is a Motorola blue-tooth and I had to switch to an LG phone.  As soon as my plan is up I'm switching back to the Motorola phone.  Good luck, I would think the dealer would have the answer for you.
