Where can I find an average barbie doll?

Question

It seems that all the dolls I see do something or come with stuff I don't want.I need a ordinary barbie for a project with just her and a pair of clothes and you have to buy outfits too make her into whatever.Sort of like the 1st barbie ever just her and a swimsuit and you buy her wardrobe.Where can I find a normal doll and whatever happened to them?

Yeah those barbie dols can be tricky lol, but i also suggest eBay, you can advance your search so you find the type of barbie you are after AND you can get it for a fair price...

Well; i always got my little barbies at target.

there really hard to find now without going to like the dollar store or something.
