This hotel has pictures of their own 'pared inca':  Del Prado Inn, Cuzco.  But it is in the lobby, don't know about the rooms.

Also El Libertador Hotel, a 5 star hotel, former Casa de los 4 Bustos (where the Conquistador Francisco Pizarro lived).
