Have you tried Yahoo Groups? If there's nothing there, you could always start one!

I run a business that provides an online student run newspaper service to homeschool groups (and public / private schools).

I have a goal of starting an international online student newspaper but have found it difficult to connect with homeschool students / parents worldwide.

If I ever get that off the ground it would be free for students to join and participate and a free service for readers.  It would probably have to be English only at least for starters.

There are a few regular contributors here that are non-U.S. and are very well spoken.

If you cannot find an international group - consider ways to start your own... but keep in mind that many parents are rightly concerned about Internet discussion groups and chat rooms because of safety issues.  I'm not sure how you could overcome that obstacle.

I would try searching on the search engines - be creative to find it. Try homeschooling, home schooling, homeschoolers, home school.

Also try yahoogroups - the majority of homeschool groups are active on there.

Have you considered finding a regional one instead? That might be a lot more fitting for you depending on your needs!
