I have a brilliant project in my hands, partnered with CNN and GOOGLE yet finding money is hard...I need $90,000.

Lemme guess, you don't even have a business plan. Lemme guess again, your brilliant project is for website gifting. Lemme guess again, your idea is not brilliant. Lemme guess one more time, your website will fail like 99.9% of all sites. Now for advice, devise a business plan - first approach friends and family. Check with the SBA and try and get a loan. Or, waste your time trying to find an angel investor that will never come.
