It depends on exactly what you mean.  Are you wanting to find out how much was sent?

The US Congress approved approximately $6 Billion for 2007, which is approximately $1 Billion short of what Bush promised in  his 2005 State of the Union address.  Overall, the total promised in the 5 years between 2005 and 2010 was supposed to be $15 Billion.  We'll see if he follows through.
