Do any environmental organizations donate such devices to promote recycling?

  1. I'm not sure where you find a machine but when I was in a drafting class back in highschool one of our assignments was to make a personal note pad... after the paper was printed and cut we placed all the note pads in a large sideways vice leaving only the top exposed,  with card board on the back (for backing) and hand panted the "gummy" stuff on.  This may or may not help you.  Good Luck.

  5. To my knowledge, Take the paper to a local printing company and ask them to bind it for you. I have no idea where ou will find a tool to do your job.
