Where can I find bike helmet part?

I have a troy corser helmet but have lost one of the visor mechanism protectors form the side and as it is a helmet with graphics all over it i have no idea where to get another part. I'm desperate, please help

Are you talking about the sidepods, the little detachable bits that cover the mechanism on the side of the lid? You can buy them from The Visor Shop. I (and many others I'm sure) will personally vouch for them.....bought my Arai Corsair there and a replacement set of pods for my Arai Condor. Two separate transactions, so I know that they're a kosher outfit. The URL is:

Find out who the UK distributor is and get their phone number, speak to the person who deals with returns and warranties, requesting to pay for a new set of sidepods (cheaper than going through a third party).

Be honest with them and they may offer to collect the helmet and refurbish it and send it back to you. they could also send you a set free of charge, or could take your money and then send a set out to you. In this situation we probably wouldn't charge you!

We regularly do this, (I'm usually the one who refurbishes the helmet) and what happens usually depends on the customers attitude to us in the first place.
