Where can I find black boardshorts?

They are for juniors and preferably long, almost down to the knee. I've looked almost everywhere but they only come up for men's.

Your best bet is to go the online catalogs for RipCurl, Volcom, Billabong, etc. They all carry boardshorts in different colors for wholesail price, instead of that overpriced store bought stuff (like in PacSun, for example.) That way you get what you want and if they don't fit you, you can return them and send them in for a different size. Hope you find what you're looking for!
