Michaels.

Yeah, I don't know where you're located, but Hobby Lobby isn't even out here.  Michaels on the other hand was on both sides of the US I was living on.  Hobby Lobby is more expensive with most of it products, too, but glitter would be about the same.

Anyway Michaels definitely has black glitter, I saw some yesterday!

Try Michaels the craft store

It is pretty expensive there so just try going to walmart.

I got my art glitter there at 4 dollars with all different types of colors.

Hobby Lobby kicks michaels butt. Especially since hobby lobby is usually cheaper and has more selection. I used to work there so I should know haha
