Where can I find blue hair dye?

Question

I want to tint my hair blue. A deep dark blue so that in the light it looks a deep raven blue but when im not in direct light it looks black. My hair is already black and I need to know where I could buy that kind of hair dye. I live roughly in Sac, Cali if there are any local stores that sell it. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

some regular, drug store hair dyes come in black AND blue-black, you could also try manic panic, but id advise first checking out like CVS or something
