Where can I find boxes to pack my stuff for moving?

I am moving, need boxes, but i dont just want the banana boxes from the grocery store, where else could i get sorted sizes? Like Walmart??, etc.. Oh, I live in Northern New England area. Thanx!

lol@banana boxes........ you could try either the Post Office, Mail Centers, Kinko's, or Public Storage places.

Schools may have boxes that carried the new textbooks.

A lot of U-haul and other self moving companies sell them.  You can also get them at those self storage places.  

They are not free as you asked, but you might want to get a few very sturdy ones for certain items.  You may actually find a house where someone has just moved in. You could recycle those.

Visit some apartment complexes as people are always moving in and out (the best place to find boxes is near the trash bins). Other places are large medical clinics (they usually get shipments of supplies daily), shopping malls, and liquor stores.
