You can buy packs of plain brown bags at any grocery, where the rest of the paper supplies are.  They're just ordinary lunch bags:) ....  If you fold over the tops, punch 2 holes in the top, you can put raffia or curly ribbon through the holes, and tie in a bow at the front to keep it closed

Any dollar store. You can even get the plasitic ones with cute pictures on them.

You could get plain brown lunch bags and then if it's a kids party let the kids decorate their own, and if it's not a kids party, you can use pinking shears to trim the tops, then get some buttons, and after ou fold the top over tape it down with double sided tape and draw a line on the flap longer than the button and glue the button to it.  really cute, crafty and inexpensive.  You can get lunch bags in the aisle with wraps and bags at any grocery store.

We have the Paper Zone in Washington. They sell plain brown bags with or without handles. You can really dress them up with rubber stamps or even a string of ribbon. Another cute idea for a baby shower or childs birthday is to have your kids fingerpaint the bags.
