Where can I find cheap, unique cute shower curtains!?

Question

I'm moving into my apartment Sep 20th! And I have to bathrooms to decorate. I have been to all your typical places. Sears,JCPenney, Macy's,Target,Kmart, Wal Mart...etc. I've googled it and all of them are expensive! I will spend no more then thirty on a shower curtain! Somebody please help thanks!:)

Ikea, the shower curtains are all under $25

If you go with a heavy one, you won't need a separate liner
