I've become interested in Meteor twirling. For those who don't know what that is, it's a rope with two weights on the end that is twirled around the body in various patterns. I'm trying to find a reliable sight that sells 6 ft. monkeyfist meteors at somewhere between $20 and $30. Help please!!!!!!

  2. Sorry, I don't know specifically about meteors, but I've done poi and a tennis ball in a sock is a decent substitute for a poi. As far as I know a meteor is two pois connected, so you could just get a rope and fasten a tennis ball on each end and you could have a meteor for about $5.

I checked this website (google is my friend) and they tell you how to make a meteor with tennisballs too, you might want to read through the website:

    http://www.blanketfort.com/juggling/chai...

You can also follow instructions and tie your own monkeyfist knot:

And by the way if you ever want to make cheap clubs, google "green club project" for instructions.
