Where can I find cheap prganics for my new buisness?

I am starting a new business making organic soaps shampoos and lotions. I have done this for a log time now for my family but would like to expand my skills and make some money. My problem is I can't seem to find anything online that really sells in bulk and is not inexpensive. For what i pay now in smaller amounts they are charging just as much in bulk . No discount or profit margin there.
