Where can I find cheap second hand surboards in Melbourne?

Hi there. I just started surfing a couple of weeks ago and I would like to invest in my first board. I'm looking for a store in Melbourne that maybe sells cheap second equipment for beginners?

oh im from melbourne to lolz umm i get my boards off ebay, they are so much cheapier. brand new ones are just too expensive. if you have just started i suggest you get about a 7-9 foot soft board and gradually go down to a 5-6 foot hardboard. wen you get a hardboard the you will be able to get a more expensive board but as your learning you olny need to get a cheap one coz you will soon grow outta it lol

Try contacting some of the surf clubs. They may know where you can get a good secondhand hand one. Or if any af they're members are looking to sell. Also try the trading post.

Try looking on ebay. Thay have heaps of second hand boards. But if you are a begginer then make sure your first board isn't too small. Its alot easier to surf on a bigger board. hope this helps
