and size 2/4 jeans

they've got some cute cheap suits!

and everyone else...chest size doesn't matter... Olympians like Amanda Beard have nice b*****s and just manage to squeeze themselves into really tight suits.

If the numbers you put are true, you should be able to walk up to almost any guy and get him to buy you a suit for free.
