Question:

Where can I find closet curtains?

I have wooden sliding doors for my closet, but they are really annoying to have because I have to keep sliding them back and fourth if I want to get something on the other side of the closet. So I decided to get curtains, but I have looked everywhere (online) and cant find any place that sells them. I want curtains that are two sheets, so i can seperate them at the middle, and get things from both sides. And I want a color like some shade of blue, or light brown. If you know where I should look, please help. Thanks!

  1. There’s no such thing as closet specific curtains. You just need to buy two long panels, which you can get anywhere from Target to Bed, Bath & Beyond to Macy’s.

Panels are normally sold individually so you’ll need to buy two packages.

  2. All you need is a pair of curtains put them on a tension rod and you have a closet curtain , you can either go sheer to match the colour of the walls or a complimentary colour .

Or you can also buy 2 single twin size sheets, and use the  larger hem to feed the rod in.

  3. Make them your self out of bedding sheets.  You can either sew a seam to make a pocket and slip over a rod, or sew button hole's with ties, or get more creative and staple to a cornice and tie back.
