Where can I find cold and foggy weather year round?

I just hate sweating in the sun! I don't mean cold like winter but like the weather is at 6:00 am

My brother lives in Amsterdam, and claims that it's 40 degrees (F) and overcast whether it be June or January.

try Ice land but it is very nice there some times only cold and foggy/rainy most of the time

well i really dont know why you would want that but halifax nova scotia where is near where I live is a port city thats cold in the winter only sorry but its really foggy most of the time

Cape Disappointment, Washington is the foggiest city in the Unite States...about 106 days of fog annually. Not sure how long it stays cold, but it's on the coast so I'm sure there are plenty of chilly days.

but try the beach, i prefer Morrow bay

omg in the morning its amazing fog is surrounding the rock, its amazing

and in summer its hot but not to hot and gawd don't even get me started about winter!

I would try Ketchikan, Alaska.  Or if you want some place in the lower 48 states, try Forks, Washingont.  Either one of them will give you cold and foggy weather.
